Here are some tips and tricks on how to use hair curlers:
- The wider the hair curler, the end result will be more complete and softer.
- Hair curlers that are thin will give a small solid spiral result.
- For a more permanent result, when using an unheated hair curler, try adjusting it before showering, the steam from the shower will help the curls to long.
- Avoid excessively rolling of hair. This can cause hair loss.
- For naturally curly hair, it is best to apply a smoothing serum to the brushes through the curls; which is going to make your hair a lot easier when rolling it
- Give yourself plenty of time and let the curlers set. Twenty or thirty minutes is almost normal.
- Carefully hair curlers. Be patient and do not hurry or you may end up with complicated hair.
- After removing all the hair curlers, gently brush through the curls to create a nice, wide, smooth wave.
